Facebook offers many ways for you to choose to be notified about your friend’s activities. I’ve found a very fast way to quickly add someone to your ‘stalk list’, so you’ll get notified (via email, push notifications or SMS depending on how you set your notifications up) on any of their activities, status updates, etc.
