Fun With Google: What Do People Think of Famous People?

Sorry for being gone for a bit. I got caught up with my work and errands that I don’t have the actual time to sit down and share the experience of my trip recently. I will do it in installments, stay tuned for it. Results of iPod Touch winners will be out in a few more days!

There are many famous iconic individuals around the world that have the ability (and most already did) change the world of politics, computing, religion and science. In this information era, reading and summarizing hundreds of articles and websites about these individual to get to a general conclusion of what people think of them can be very time consuming.

I have found a rather easy, and pretty funny way to know generally what is the top ten opinions of the world about some famous individuals. If you’re this person yourself, you can get a glimpse of what the world think of you most of the time. Here’s how you do it:

Step 1:
Open Google

Step 2:
Type in “[name of Individual] is ”
Note that there’s a trailing space after “is”

Step 3:
Don’t press search or enter, just wait till Google Suggestion come out.

You will then see some list of what most people think about the individual. Starting with the most significant at the top.

For the fun of it, let’s try some famous people, let’s start off with Gorge Bush:

Now let’s see Bill Gates:

The famous Warren Buffet seems to be good at what he loves to do – buying stuff:

Obama, on the other hand, have a very interesting outcome:
