Does anyone know of a FIX for this? I have had this issue forever and microsoft does not seem to have ever released an update to fix it. It's a stupid bug within Vista. They actually will look fine when you perform the resizing but then seconds later they change to some odd default. Depends on which icon I choose in Properties Change Icon. Some don't change others do. Usually the blue E with ring around it is the one that won't stay. If I change it to that one, it also seems to change to a icon of 2 lcd monitors.
